Shipping Policy
All standard orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. All DTF orders are processed in up to 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipment time will vary depending on shipment preference and shipping times are an estimate. We are unable to offer a guarantee on standard orders. Delays due to any force majeure events cannot be guaranteed on all shipping options.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates available for Continental US, AK & HI.
We do not offer shipping to American Somoa, Micronesia, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, US Virgin Islands Guam or Puerto Rico.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer FREE standard shipping (estimated 3-7 business day transit) for orders $45 or over for Continental US, AK & HI.
Free Pick Up!
We now offer free pick up for local customers! Please note if you choose the pick up option but are unable to pick up your order, if your order qualifies for free shipping, we will automatically ship your order ground using a carrier of our choice. If your order does not qualify for free shipping and your order status remains unresolved after 2 business days, please understand that we will have no choice but to cancel your order.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
PO Box shipping is available for the standard 3 to 7 business day USPS shipping option only. Expedited shipping services are unavailable when shipping to a PO box.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 8 business days (Monday-Friday) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@nufunactivities.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
