- 1 Sheet NuFun Activities Shrink with Ink (Now on Amazon prime)
- Hole punch
- Scissors
- Key chain (available at any craft store)
- Inkjet printer (optional)
- Mod podge (optional, also available at any craft store)
- The first thing you want to do is to print out what you want your key chain to be. I went to All free download.com and found the ones that I end up using for this craft!
- The second thing you want to do is to print your design on an inkjet printer.
- Cut out your design in however shape you want!
- Do not forget to hole punch your shrink with ink before you put it in the oven!
- The next step is you are going to want to preheat your oven and follow the directions located on the NuFun Activities package for Shrink ink.
- Once in the oven, if it starts to fold over on each other- LEAVE IT IN THE OVEN– do not try and take it out to fix it. It will fix itself in the oven if you continue to let it bake. {see picture for example}
- {Optional Step} After your shrink has cooled down you are then going to want to use Mod Podge: dimensional magic to be able to get that shiny effect to your key chain.
- You will have to let the Mod Podge dry– I left mine over night to make sure they would turn out
- The last step is to put your keychain on the Shrink with Ink and WOOHOO you have yourself a new key chain to show off to all of your friends and family.
